Together, we build a simple money system so they know what they can pay themselves, what needs to stay in the business, and what to put aside for quieter months and future plans.
“but you helped me gain clarity on where to focus first. This week, I’m keeping focused and have strategies in place.”
“I always used to say I'm a makeup artist and just leave it there. But, Birute changed my mind about this completely. I am not just makeup artist - I am proud business owner and now I feel like one!”

My career began in accountancy and finance, where I spent ten years before becoming an award-winning makeup artist and later founding Studio B Collective, a co-working space for hair and beauty professionals. I’ve worked with the numbers, packed the makeup kit, and experienced the responsibility of running a business.
Even with my finance background, I discovered that managing your own irregular income feels very different from working with someone else’s accounts. I knew the excitement of a busy wedding season - and the worry of wondering whether it would carry me through the quieter months. When my husband was made redundant, it brought home how much I relied on his steady income and how important it was to build financial security of my own.
Today, I bring those experiences together to help women organise the money they’re already working hard to earn. My approach is practical, supportive and without judgement: together, we build a clear, repeatable money system around how your business earns and what you want your money to do for you. So you know what you can pay yourself, what needs to stay for costs and tax, and what you can put aside for quieter months, future plans and enjoying life along the way.
